Windows 10: Install

I have Windows 10 1909 and quality updates are installing fine up to 2101-03 installed yesterday. I was getting notices that this level was going out of service and I needed to uplevel. I went into settings and found that a feature update to 2004 has failed once a month since November with an error code of 0xc1900101. Check for updates says that I'm current. Running the update troubleshooter produces a loop "checking for pending restart" for a long time, but eventually produces a no trouble found report with a detail under service status of "Problem with BITS service : The requested service has already been started. Why can I install quality updates but not this feature? I'm not unhappy on 1909. Can I just wait this out indefinitely?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
