Windows 10: Installation error 1935 for pro tools

I'm just a frustrated idiot musician who just wants to make music. I've already tried repairing .NET framework, aswell as, fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\ in the Comand prompt. And if your wondering why I didn't try running it in compatibility mode, well I would but the only problem is that when I try to run it in an older version of Windows, the only option I get is "previous versions of Windows" instead of "Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, etc." I've spent an entire 2 days just trying to fix this and it would really mean alot to me if I just get this over and done with. Thank you

Hi- I just recently reinstalled Windows 10 (had a start up issue), and am in the process of reinstalling all my software programs. One of them (a virtual synthesizer) uses iLOK (PACE license support) as an authorization tool. The program installs the synth,
and gets all the way to the end of the install of PACE when I get an ERROR 1935, which nullifies the install completely.

The company, UVI, thinks this has to do with the .NET framework and suggested I use the System Update Readiness Tool. However, that tool is apparently only available for Windows 7 and below. I tried to locate the Service for the .NET framework so I could
update it or repair it, but was unable to find it.

Suggestions?
