Windows 10: Installation error when trying to instal built 10162 on Toshiba laptop

Corei3 processor
AMD ATI Radeon Mobility H5145 dedicated graphics
6GB RAM

Error message: Installation failed.
Running Windows 7 Pro SP1 fully updated and latest ATI drivers.
More than 20GB free space on both partitions.
KB3035583 installed from downloaded link - Windows 10 reserve notification does not appear.
It seems to be an incompatibility - can someone please enlighten me to where the Windows 10 installation logs is stored so I can try to see a possible reason for failure. I Googled and could not find any useful info.

At the moment I want to do an in place upgrade first and only as a last resort attempt a clean install.

System spec is my desktop machine.

Update:

Solved methinks - install.wim file did not copy to sources from DVD drive. Now installing from USB and so far so good, not finished yet though....

Windows 10 Build 10162 won't install.

I've been with the insider program since the beginning and have enjoy watching Windows 10 grow. Unfortunately, everything can to a halt with the previous built 10159 which gave me BSD WatchDog_Violation every time at logon. I could not recover from the
error.

I rebuild my machine to Windows 8.1 Enterprise with all updates. Now, I'm trying to run the BUILD 10162 ISO, then after the activation key and proceeding to install I'm getting a pop box: "The installation failed".

I can't install Windows 10 Build 10162.

Any help?
