Windows 10: Installation error

So I needed to reset my Windows 10 installation and it now loops indefinitely... What happens is that it arrives at the language/keyboard/time zone setup page and then allows me to do either express or customized setup (all these things regarding privacy, sending things to Microsoft, etc.). After setting these up the circling windows shows up and then system goes into reboot and arrives at the language setup page again... On occasions, it starts this dialogue "Hi, we're setting a few things for you" but then it also goes into reboot and eventually arrives at the language/keyboard setup page, after which I can do either customized or express settings and then it goes into reboot again... This is been cycling like this for more than 20 times now

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
