Installation failed Phase SECOND_BOOT error PRE-OOBE error 8007042b-4001E at 94%. SETUPDIAG found following error:

SetupDiag reports Migration Unit Gather failure.

Tried many times, all receipes known inclusive disabled Defender and antivirus, deleted file concerned etc.

Any idea?

i have tried to install windows 10 twice now, the first time it took nearly a day and a half so i stopped it and reverted back to windows 7. No on friday 20th November i tried to install windows 10 again and it ran for 2 days without installing and when
i reverted back to windows 7 again for the second time i got the following error.

if there is anyone out there who can help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
