Windows 10: Installation fails, no error code and logs are empty

Until today I was running windows 10 on a HDD. Everything was fine, but I decided to upgrade to an SSD samsung 860 EVO 1TB to speed things up a little bit.

Not having found a way to migrate win10 from my HDD to my SSD without cloning everything cloning 2TB into 1TB is quite hard, I decided to install windows on my SSD independently of my hard drive. Everything seemed ok until I selected a drive in which to install windows. When I selected it, the installer told me that it was impossible to create or locate a partition, and that I should look into the installation logs in order to see what was the problem.

So I booted on my HDD with still everything installed on it, haven't touched anything there and looked for the logs. I found four files: Two XML files diagerr and diagwrn that I don't understand, and two logs called setupact and setuperr. I opened setuperr and it was empty.


So here I am, with a disk on which I can't install windows and no error code to find out what's wrong.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

KB4025339 Fails Install 0x80070564

I am trying Eagle 51's suggestions now. Windows Update troubleshooter found a bunch of errors and fixed all but one.The update is trying to download KB4025339 again. I'll see what happens. At step one troubleshooter finishes with one error unresolved "Potential Windows Update Database Error Detected-Not Fixed". Windows update stalled at 0%.

At step 2 same troubleshooter error. The KB finished a new download failed to install.
Did step 3 KB has downloaded but fails to install.

If Eagle's suggestion doesn't work I'll try EdTittel's suggestion

Tried bothe Eagle & Ed 's suggestions - do not work. Anyone else?

I have noticed that the latest update for my nvidia drivers has failed to update. Wondering about that!

 

RPi2 from Windows cross compilation Error "The test for linking against libxcb failed!"

Error in Cross Compilation, I am using Qt5.0, Windows10, Raspberry Pi 2.
I was following this tutorial and the process failed at step 16 and tried with its suggestion but cannot find a solution.

Error prompted after step 16 is:

Running configuration tests...
The test for linking against libxcb failed!
Use of pkg-config is not enabled, maybe you want to pass -force-pkg-config?
You might need to install dependency packages for libxcb.
See src/plugins/platforms/xcb/README.

and when I printed log in file as tutorial suggested, there are some errors mentioned like:

• cc1plus.exe: error: unrecognized command line option '-fuse-ld=gold'
  
• error "Symbolic function binding on this architecture may be broken, disabling it (see QTBUG-36129)."
  
• etc.
  

I tried but still find no solution.
