Windows 10: installation issue

I have a ASROCK x570 extreme4, AMD Ryzen 9, system with new SSD and HDD, but when I put in the installation USB for Windows 10, or 11the system will start a restart cycle before loading any files, this will continue to cycle until I remove the USB, I've updated the BIOS and remade my installation USBs what can I do?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
