Windows 10: Installation Issues on Windows 10

Hey there - I've been attempting to install an old game - NASCAR Racing 2003 - with no luck over the past week or so. Every time I try to run setup.exe, I get "An error occurred while launching the setup. The remote procedure call failed." returned back to me, with little to no explanation beyond that.I've checked, and the remote procedure call is running as it should, per most of the tech support forums I've been reading - which tells me that there's another issue at play, but not one I'm able to figure out myself.I've been able to run the game on Windows 10 previously, and as recently as Feb

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.
