Windows 10: Installation of Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool silently using script.

Hello guys. I want to install "Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool" for windows pc Silently using powershell or script. I have tried lots of commands but always popup wizard appears. Please suggest any switch for my software. I have also attached screenshot of wizard.

Unable to install Microsoft Indic language input tool

On installation of MS indic language input tool, the setup displays the following message:

" Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool requires .NET Framework 2.0 or higher. Please install .NET framework 2.0 and restart Setup"

I downloaded the setup of .NET framework 4.5 and while installing the Setup said " .NET Framework could not be installed due to the following reasons:

1. Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is already a part of this operating system. You do not need to install the .NET Framework 4 redistributable.

2.Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4 has already been installed on this computer.

If .NET framework is already installed on my PC, Why can't I install MS Indic Language Input tool and why is it showing such message?

INDIC LANGUAGE INPUT TOOLS

I HAVE DOWNLOADED & INSATALLED MICROSOFT INDIC LANGUAGE INPUT TOOLS ON WINDOWS 8.1.

BUT I CAN'T ENABLE IT ON WINDOWS.

I DON'T SEE ANT OPTION IN REGION & LANGUAGE SETTING.

PLZ HELP ME.
