Windows 10: Installation of Windows 10 fails at 10%

Hello,

Last night I had decided to install Windows 10 on my MacBook Air,(2012 model I believe) after having Ubuntu 14.04 for about six months. I had made an ISO on a 16 gig flash drive with the Media creation tool, no problem at all. The install was flawless, until the very end where it says "taking care of a few things". I then got a black screen, and after a reboot, still a black screen. I managed to get into safe mode, however I did not know what to do to try and fix the issue in safe mode, so I attempted to do a reinstall with the menu when you hold the power button on startup(idk what it is called). I have attempted a reinstall three times, it gets past "resetting this PC", however it gets stuck each time on the install at 10%. Please help, I am afraid that I have bricked my laptop.

OK, so i figured it out myself

Found the logfile in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

You need the Windows Development Kit to open it and a bit of googling to understand it.

Found out that a Daemon driver caused an error. Removed Daemon but this didn't solve it. (ps: Daemon itself worked normally).

I let hibernate my computer again and found another error with sptd2.sys: SCSI Pass Through Direct layer

More google and ended up on the duplexsecure site. Downloaded the W10 version and voila: problem fixed.

For the Windows support team: It would be really helpfull if you could pass problems to a more skilled helpdesk who can do more than proposing the standard solutions in case those won't work.

By getting stuck it just goes to a black screen. Each time I try to restart, it gets past the windows logo and then goes to black with no cursor.
