Windows 10: installed build 10061, precision touchpad stop working

    hi! my laptop is an acer and its model number is E5-511-P25J! now all acer laptops come with a precision touchpad, so does this but..... the freaking touchpad isn't bothering to work! i dual-boot with windows 10 and 8.1 (for work) and this problem ONLY persists in windows 10! please help as in the contact support apps chat function the microsoft idiot gave me the synaptics model drivers! *Sad

    Hi,

    Your hardware needs to support precision touchpad in order for it to work. Can you tell us the exact model of your device? We are aware that there are only limited set of Lenovo devices that support precision touch. You mentioned that you had it working
    before you reset your laptop. Go to the manufacturer's website to download the latest version of your touchpad drivers. Also, make sure that you are running the latest build for Windows 10. We're currently at build 15063.540.

    Please advise as necessary.

    In windows 10 Enterprise Technical Preview Evaluation copy Why "Start Button" is not working ?

    After Installing Windows 10 Enterprise Technical Preview Evaluation copy . Build 10061 ...firstly Start Button is worked in Properly.

    And Later By Installing Some Updates Start Button is not worked .

    Manufacturers who do precision touchpads don't include drivers as they are supposedly included within Windows 8.1. This causes issues for those of us who want to install other OSs like Windows 7 or some builds of Windows 10. I wish the manufacturers or MS themselves would release a driver for situations where "it should be included in the OS" doesn't work.

    My precision touchpad works under Windows 10, actually better than it does on 8.1, until the stupid graphics driver update breaks my computer.
