Windows 10: Installed Helvetica Neue and several platforms are messed up now... yahoo, and other...

Please help! I have tried all of the suggestions on this forum as well as youtube. They didn't remove the font. I still get an error that it is in use. Is there anything else? What should I do from here?

Can't uninstall Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold

Recently, I had installed Helvetica Neue from this site: Helvetica Neue Font : Download For Free, View Sample Text, Rating And More On Fontsgeek.Com. But when I started to install the condensed bold, there was no information on the font, it just said TrueType Outlines; and when I decided to uninstall it, I couldn't find the font file anywhere on Control Panel. I tried many ways to try and uninstall it, but the wouldn't work. Now I'm worried that the font might be on my computer forever.

 

Opera GX continues to use Helvetica Neue despite it being uninstalled from my computer.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Installed Helvetica Neue for graphic design, uninstalled it when I was done with it as I've had issues with it replacing my browser fonts before. However despite having uninstalled it Opera continues to use the absolute ugliest bold Helvetica Neue font it possibly can, and I don't know how to get rid of it. I cleared my cache entirely already and it didn't work. I would just uninstall the browser and then install it again, except for the fact that I'd lose all my bookmarks. Any suggestions? It's infuriating.
