Windows 10: Installed latest Windows update but after all there is no sound

I have just installed the latest Windows 10 update Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134
But after all there is no sound. Before Windows update I had sound with Realtek High definition driver.
Now I don't. There is red X sign next to sound icon at quick launch bar.

And in troubleshooter it shows inadequate information. It also says my audio output is plugged out but it's not.
I don't know what to do.

Before windows update I have specifically created system restore point.

If I won't be able to solve this then I'll restore. But maybe I'm doing something wrong.
At device manager it says I have appropriate audio driver. But why the hell it doesn't work?

Long ago I did specifically smth deep inside special options that with each update it wouldn't touch my audio devices. But it touched. I don't remember where and what I did. But it is related and written in my last post here. Though I should find it. I doubt whether I;m correct.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

No sound after installing latest updates on Windows 10

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Are you able to access any of the system sounds on your computer?

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ outdated audio drivers after performing reset on your device.

Let us try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter as it checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
  Troubleshooter

Step 2: I suggest you to check if there are any drivers with yellow exclamatory mark in the Device Manager.

• Press Windows + X from the keyboard, click on
  Device Manager.
• Right click on the detected driver, click on Properties
  and check the device status.
  

Step 3: I suggest you to refer to the below Microsoft help article, try the troubleshooting steps suggested and check if it helps.

Click on the drop down arrow beside Check Device Manager for different options to troubleshoot.

I got no sound microsoft or horrible sound
