    Installed new Brother J5855 printer which has auto duplex but windows doesn't recognize it....


    I installed a new Brother Inkjet printer MFC-J5855 which has auto duplex option. Windows won't allow me to change the setting to enable duplex. The Basic printer preferences screen has no option to adjust the duplex setting. The first image shows what I should see. The second image shows what I'm actually seeing.I using Windows 11 Home edition version 10.0.26100.
