    Installed new DVDRW drive in hp probook 6475b. How do you activate it make the probook recognize it or add it to the computer, in drives devices whatever? Running Windows 10.

    It was not helpful at all. I'm asking for support concerning HP External USB DVDRW Drive I'm trying to install on my new HP Spectra x360 and always get from Cyberlink software (on drive cd software) that it can't be installed only "on a HP system" what
    is a complete nonsense .

    HP DVDRW DU8AGSH has a problem.

    HP DVDRW DU8AGSH has a problem. They suggest downloading the new driver. Where is this driver? This is a brand new HP Model 410-010 with a Intel I3 processor.

    my new HP Spectra x360 Windows 10 doesn't accept to install my HP External USB DVDRW Optical Drive. CiberLink installation software says "this product can only run on HP systems". But all is HP!!! What shall I do?
