    Installed update KB5048652 and windows got broken


    installed the update, after first boot noticed that steam wasnt opening SteamUI.dll error, then the windows search also wasnt opening, same with settings.already uninstalled the update thru rstrui, but still the update breaks my system for some reason. system files are not patched, used original iso from microsoft to install windows 10 x64
