Windows 10: Installed voice packages keep disappearing

ovi maps and own voice package

I have download a voice package with "Own Voice for Ovi Maps-app", but i could not select this voice package in Ovi maps. The voice package is not listed.

I use 3.03 Ovi maps.



I can not update or redowld the "Own Voice for Ovi Maps"app.

I use the newest "OviMaps"

What can i do that this app works ?

Has anybody the same problem

Voice Recorder Flags Disappeared

I realize the problem you are facing with the voice recorder.

To assist you better, please answer the below:

• 
  Are you using windows built-in voice recorder or any other 3rd party voice recorder application?
  
• 
  If you are using Build in Windows recorder, how did you put the flag?
  

If you are using built-in Windows recorder, there is no option to put a flag on recorded voice. Provide us the screenshot of recording interface with Flag.

In case if you are using any 3rd party recorder, then I suggest you to contact the developer of the application for further help.

Windows Installer Error: This installation package cannot be opened.

Thank you for posting in Community.

We are glad to provide the assistance required to help you answer your query.

The above error can occur if the locally cached Windows Installer package (*.msi) file is damaged or corrupted.

To rectify the above, I suggest that you try the steps mentioned below and check if you are able to install the software successfully.

• Open the \Windows\Installer folder on your computer's hard disk.
• Right-click any file with an .msi extension.
• Click Properties on the shortcut menu. The
  Subject box on the Summary tab contains the name of the product that installed the .msi file.
• Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each .msi file in the \Installer folder, and delete the .msi file for the software that you are trying to install.
