Help please. Network is still shared according to my pc.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Help networking two windows 10 desktop Pc's

Hi Monter,

This issue might occur if some of the network adapter setting has got corrupted.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to fix the network issue.

Method 1: I would suggest you to run the
Network adapter troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• 
  Click on search bar next to
  Start Menu.
  
• 
  Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on View All
  on the left panel of the screen.
  
• 
  Then click on Network Adapter.
  

If the issue still persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the network adapter.

Method 2:

I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall network driver and check.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for Network adaptor
  and expand it.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  
• 
  Once you uninstall the driver, restart the computer. It should automatically install the generic driver.
  

Also, you can share the files/ folder and access other computer using home group network.

1. Are the entire PC’s running Windows 10 1809 build version?
   
2. Have you tried accessing the PC using IP address of the PC?
   
3. Are the PC’s connected to domain network?
   

I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue by performing certain troubleshooting steps.
