Windows 10: Installed windows 11 on a new device and now I cannot connect to internet. Troubleshoot...

I tried restarting and reseting internet settings but it didnt work

Also, check in the "Device Manager" to see if the network adapter is ok.
You may need to un-install it and then "Scan for new devices".

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
