Windows 10: Installing/Activating Windows 10. Don't see the Add New Account

HI,

I am switching to new SATA harddrive and have to reinstall Windows 10, but I can't figure out how to activate it.
I am at the Update & Security and clicked on Activation and the Activate button. It keeps telling me that

"Windowss can't activate. Try again later"

I read that if you switch hardware like a harddrive, this happens. I followed instruction online to find the Add a Microsoft account but that button does not appears in the Update & Security page. I am logged in as admin.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

adding a new device to existing Familt Safety account

Help!!! We have an active Microsoft
Family Safety account that monitors our child's activity on our Windows 7 desktop. I want to add another device; a Windows 10 desktop. I am the
Administrator on the new device. I cannot find any way to add the new device to our child's active account.

I do not need to add a new family member to our Family Safety account.

I need to add a new device to our existing account.

Why can't I simply add the new device to my child's active Family Safety account?

 

My Windows apps (calculator, photos, mail, OneNote, Windows Store, etc.) Won't open on my main user after adding another user for my family to use.

Add a new local account and see if the apps work there:

User Account - Add in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums
If it works there,we would move all your data to the new account.
