Windows 10: Installing any display driver crashes my PC and stuck on boot loop

So i have an old GTX 560 and one morning my windows stopped working. Tried few fresh win10 install and every time I installed a proper display driver it would crash(every other driver and update goes through). Tried the driver Windows finds,triend manually downloading a driver and tried via gerforce exp,every time the same happens. I do have a 720p video output ATM but if i try to update my driver it causes win32k.sys STOPCODE BSOD thingy on every boot. So the driver that came with the Win10 install is registered as faulty in Driver booster which is reasonable ofc and hence the low resolution.

So im 95% sure my GPU is dead,what do you guys think?

Windows 10 crashing boot loop after install of display driver

I have an HP Pavilion x360 13-a010dx running windows 10. Everytime I download or windows download the display driver it crashes and then goes into a boot loop. I had to disable automatic driver checks/downloads and turn it to metered connection whenever
I connect to new wifi because it will install windows updates and thus update the driver. How can I stop windows from crashing everytime it downloads this driver?

 

Surface Pro 4 Core M3 stuck at boot loop

After the last cumulative update my device starting crashing very often especially the display driver. I was told to try a factory reset and that what I did. But the installation process was stuck at 32% for more than 12 hours. I restarted the device and
