Windows 10: Installing Citrix workspace app 2106 for windows 10 pro install error side-by-side config...

Hi I've tried to install the latest Citrix workspace desktop app v2106 for Windows 10 Pro However I get a install error side-by-side config error and XML syntax error. Any suggested solutions?

Unable to install Citrix Receiver 4.3 on Surface Pro 3 Windows 10

Citrix Receiver 4.3 on Surface Pro 3, we will help you to resolve this issue



This issue is due to the compatibility of the app in Windows 10.



Step 1: I suggest you to check with the compatibility of the app in Windows 10.

Windows Compatibility Centre and try to install the compatible versions of the app.

Step 2: Follow the steps given below to Install Citrix receiver.

• Type Windows app store in the
  Search box from the desktop and select it.
• Type Citrix receiver.
• Click on Citrix receiver from Windows store and click on Install.

I suggest you to install it in Compatibility mode on Windows 10.

Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Try this setting if you know the program is designed for (or worked in) a specific previous version of Windows. To change compatibility settings
manually for a program, right-click the program icon, click Properties, and then click the
Compatibility tab.

To change compatibility settings manually for a program, right-click the program setup file (publisher pro 22), click
Properties, and then click the Compatibility tab. Click on
Run this program in compatibility mode for and select the Operating System (As you prefer).

Cannot install Citrix Workspace App due to .net framework version

Hello,

Since last week I'm trying to install Citrix Workspace App, but it finishes with errors and then fails.

It says that citrix need a 4. or later. But when I check the registry I found that I have 528372 as a version.

Could someone assist me to handle this issue ?

Cannot install Citrix Workspace App due to .net framework version

Try to download the latest .NET framework from here

https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-fr...

and the latest C++ redistributable installers from here (both x86 and x64)

The latest supported Visual C++ downloads

Install them first and restart your PC before installing Citrix Workspace App.
