Windows 10: Installing Drivers Went Batsh*t Crazy This Morning

I always keep task manager open for about 10 minutes when I first boot up just to see what's what and this morning I noticed high wmi provider host high cpu usage as well as I think it was something like windows command processor (32 bit), driver installation module, windows installer and the usual band of suspects. Task manager has seemed to now calm down but I have not rebooted yet for fear of what other self inflicted damage might have occurred. Control Panel add/ removed shows the pic below. So what could have (suddenly) caused this sudden onslaught of driver installation other then user error somewhere along the way. I should mention that it is common for me first thing in the morning (though not always) when not connected to the Internet and I am in task manager I randomly shut down just on principle some processes such as windows tasks(?), windows module installer and other things that I don't want to deal with that today. I cant get drivers to install

Read my guide, goes step buy step for nvidia driver install. Though I use a different driver cause I got 8 series, same method of installation

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
