Windows 10: Installing Hyper V Windows 11 does not work. Many different errors but no fixes.

HiJust thought i would mentiuon first that I have been through microsoft support and they did the same things I tried, to no avail.So i am trying to install windows 11 as a virtual disk using hyper V. It keeps failing no matter what i have tried.So let me start with saying the machine is a brand new HP one with Windows 11 pro. I can run Hyper V Manager no problem.The current problem is I finally got the windows install screen up and asked it to install and i comes up with a message that it does not currently meet the spec for windows 11.???It is running on a machine with windows 11 pro.Can any

How Do You Start The Hyper-V Manager After Installing Hyper-V On Windows 11 Pro?

I have a Dell XPS 8930 running Windows 11 Pro. Virtualization is enabled in the BIOS. I installed Hyper-V using Programs and Features, rebooted, and the Hyper-V services have a Startup Type of Manual (Trigger Mode). However, when I search for "Hyper-V Manager," no application is found. I know the Hyper-V manager is managed through an MMC snap-in, but I don't see a relevant snap-in to add. Also, Hyper-V Manager is not listed under Windows Tools.

Hyper-V lets you run an operating system or computer system as a virtual machine on Windows. Before proceeding in disabling
Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.
