Windows 10: Installing intel rapid storage technology has black screen of deathed my computer on restart

Hello allAs the description suggests my pc no longer boots up, it turns on including my monitor but doesnt go to bios or anything and the monitor immediately shuts off. Ive tried hooking up another drive and creatiing a usb media creation drive but still no bonoI guess is there some way to force a motherboard to reset cause ive detached the os drive and still black screen of death prevails..?Thanks for any suggestions

This issue might occur when the drivers are not updated properly.

I suggest to download the latest Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver from manufacturer’s website and install it.

this is in regards to the intel update for the intel rapid storage technology

the intel update for the intel rapid storage technology is the culprit for the meltdown and spectre flaw when a user tries to update with this update it causes the computer to not load on start up and the blue screen will appear I know this as that i have
tried three time to reinstall windows 10 and when i try to install the rapid storage technology update it causes this every time please let intel know about this

There are updated dedicated Intel drivers available for Rapid Storage Technology (formerly Matrix Storage Manager).

Your Intel RST software version is 12.9.0.1001 and is not listed as compatible for W10 - the current version is 14.8.0.1042 and is certified as W10 compatible.

You can check for Intel drivers automatically at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ it can scan your machine and suggest drivers for download, although Intel RST requires a
manual installation the first time on a fresh OS.

This universal file (32 & 64 bit) will also install the management console.
