Windows 10: Installing KB5021233 keeps causing BSOD 0xc000021a

This was posted in feedback hub, but I am posting it here for community discussion regarding possible long-term solutions that don't involve a reinstallation of windows.21H2 Update installed automatically. During the first reboot BSOD appeared. Rebooted. BSOD appeared again. Automated repair did not fix. Did a system restore to before update "windows modules installer worker" as restore point option, didn't work. SFC didn't work. Check disk didn't work. DISM revert pending actions didn't work. Eventually was able to boot by disabling driver signature enforcement from the recovery environment

BSOD 0xc000021a

Greetings... Im having an issue with an BSOD Code 0xc000021a .
I'm trying to format my PC but the problem is when im trying to switch the booting Drive to Flash Drive i cant see my main Drive " C:\ "
Feels like there is no problem right? So im just switching boot drive to Flash Drive while the C:\ Drive can not be detected im jumping on BSOD Loop with code 0xc000021a while im trying installation .
I've used some solutions like going on Safe boot and run a CMD with commands

bootrec/fixmbr
bootrec/fixboot <-- Notice an error message goes ( Access Denied )
bootrec/fixscanos
bootrec/rebuildbcd

I've also used - disable driver signature enforcement

Main issue is that im getting on a BSOD Loop with code 0xc000021a .
Strange think is that i can start up and use my PC normaly .

Any solution how i can fix that so i can format my PC?
