Windows 10: installing .net framework 2.0-3.0 0x800F0922

I try install .net many ways on windows 10 education but have always error 0x800F0922

Hello, I've been reading a lot of descriptions, suggestions regarding the same issue, i am lost. I've just bought new sound device and it says it needs this framework 3.5 Anyway, after failed attempts, framework installer gives 0x800f0922 code and it will
take you to "tell me how to solve this problem"

In there i would like to follow the suggestion by doing:

[*]1-Open the .NET Framework installation files folder.
[*]2-Open Sources folder
[*]3-Right-click the SXS folder, and then click Properties. etc...

The first one i am already lost. Where do i look for the .NET Framework installation files folder and continue as suggested? Or please tell me how do i install .Net Framework 3.5?

I've already checked, previously the most popular suggestion was Review recent messages and resolve problems,
see the warnings then turn everything on right? But i am not having any warnings.

They said that install this. Install the .NET Framework 3.5 on Demand. And
Enable the .NET Framework 3.5 in Control Panel. But when I'm going to install this .Net framework 3.5, its
apper "The following feature couldn't be installed:" and error code is 0*800736B3.

please help me ASAP.
