Windows 10: installing non msn store apps on window 10 pro

Discus and support installing non msn store apps on window 10 pro in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I really need to install an older program on my new computer which is win 10 pro,, it say I dont have admin priv to install,, tried to read everything...     I really need to install an older program on my new computer which is win 10 pro,, it say I dont have admin priv to install,, tried to read everything I could, not puter knowledge it says to check that I am the admin I am and running 10 pro I am but will still not load,,, I have 7 years of files that I need to have access to,,,, do I need to purchase version 10 home and reload this ? or look for a computer with a lower operating system?

    MSN Money App


    I'm having difficulty with the MSN Money App since I unpinned it from the Start menu. It does not show up in the app list. When I either find it with a search either on the desktop or in the Store (both of which give me the same Store results) the app shows installed. But when I launch it, the app opens and then immediately closed.

    This issue happens only with my main Windows profile (a local account). When I use a test local account, MSN Money works fine. vAny thoughts?

    I decided to take the plunge and upgrade to windows 10 from 7. I used the Media Creation Tool from MS website. It took awhile, but I am finally running Windows 10 (12-14).

    I opened the new App & Program feature to remove programs that I no longer needed. Scrolling down the list, I was horrified! Apps that I didn't install somehow magically installed themselves. Two programs stood out: Facebook and Candy Crush Soda Saga. Both programs have those tale-tale icons that they came from Windows Store (which I've never even opened). The install date for both of them were on 12-26.

    Is this a common thing for Windows 10? Or is it because I did an upgrade and not a clean install?
