Windows 10: Installing programs on new Dell Inspiron 3511

I just bought a Dell Inspiron 3511 Windows 11. I was able to install Adobe CC without any problem but I can't install the Spyder 3 utility. I am attaching the dialog box. It says "the administrator has blocked you from running this app. For more information contact the administrator." I am the administrator. " What do I need to do to get this to install?

Not sure, if this is helpful. But something with the "HID compliant mouse" setting.

I suggest your to run the in-built Printer troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on
  View All.
  
• 
  Click on Printer to run the troubleshooter.
  

If it doesn't help, I suggest you to visit Dell 810 all in one printer website and download the printer drivers
on your computer and try to install them in compatibility mode.

Note: The above mentioned steps are also applicable to Windows 10.
