Windows 10: Installing supplemental fonts on a Windows 10 desktop without internet access

I have a Windows 10 desktop that will not be connected to the internet.I switched locale, and now Windows is trying to install "Supplemental Fonts".Since there is no connection to the internet, an error appears about once a day in the notification area.See below the message I get in the "Optional Features" section of Settings.Is there a way to download the required installation files to another machine which is connected to the internet, copy it by removable media and then install it on the 'offline machine'?

Windows always try to install japanese supplemental fonts, even after I deleted them. how to get rid of japanese supplemental fonts?

Chinese (Simplified) Supplemental font for Windows 10 1803

Hi Sir,

our company are using WSUS server to deploy updates and software.

when i'm trying to add "Chinese (Simplified) Supplemental font" for windows 10 1803 always failed,

even disable WSUS server let windows to download from Microsoft.

please provide me the standalone "Chinese (Simplified) Supplemental font" to download, i will install for our users manually.

Upgrading to Windows 10 from windows 7 and losing internet connection

A couple of days ago I upgraded my desktop to windows 10 after getting one of those MS prompts. However now I cannot access the internet and suspect the drivers from the Gigabyte GA-MA790X-ud4 motherboard does not support the internet drivers required. Searching the manufacturers website has not given me any joy either. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
