Windows 10: Installing WebView2 runtime

I ran the latest update for Windows 11 today. The update gave an error, but it was successful after I deleted the software distribution files. However, Microsoft Teams and New Outlook are not running. They state that I have to install WebView2 runtime, but when I try installing it, it says it's already installed. When I searched the control panel, I could not find WebView2 runtime. Any help is appreciated.

If you have already tried the above solutions and are still experiencing the same issue, you may want to try the following:

Uninstall any previous versions of the WebView2 runtime that may be installed on your system before attempting to install the latest version. To do this, go to the Control Panel and select "Programs and Features" or "Add or Remove Programs". Find the WebView2 runtime in the list of installed programs and select "Uninstall".

If still no success, try installing the WebView2 runtime in Safe Mode. To enter Safe Mode, restart your computer and press F8 repeatedly until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears. Select "Safe Mode" and press Enter. Once in Safe Mode, run the WebView2 runtime installer as an administrator.

I have done all these solutions but it still says the same thing

Ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements for the WebView2 runtime installer. You can find the system requirements on the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime download page.

1. Run the installer as an administrator. To do this, right-click on the installer file and select "Run as administrator".
   
2. Temporarily disable your antivirus software and any third-party firewalls. Sometimes, these security programs can interfere with the installation process.
   
3. Clear your Windows temporary files. To do this, press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box, type "temp" and press Enter. Delete all the files and folders in the Temp folder.
   
4. Restart your computer and try installing the WebView2 runtime again.
