Windows 10: Installing windows 10 blue death screen

I have done everything I can. I am at the point of wanting to smash my computer to bits . I have watched several videos online and practically done everything. I have built myself a new pc components at the bottom. It all started when I booted my computer with an old still new Hard drive and got the blue screen of death that would just keep going in a loop without giving me the option of troubleshooting and when it did well blue screen of death again. So I decided to check out my components I have two 16gb ram sticks the same played with them by putting one in and the other out well nope not the problem. then got a new power commander to see if that was it nope, finally got a new hard drive from best buy nope wont install windows without getting blue screen with different errors that I usually got with the other hard drive. I Have even updated my bios to the latest version and still does not run. I am out of ideas and patients if anyone could please help me I would be very grateful. Also, bios runes great so I know it cant be my ram sticks.
