Windows 10: Installing Windows 10 in 2023??

Discus and support Installing Windows 10 in 2023?? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 with windows 10 on a 5200rpm HDD, which is verrry slow.     I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 with windows 10 on a 5200rpm HDD, which is verrry slow. I bought a SATA SSD so it could run faster but I've had zero luck with free disk cloning tools. At this point I'm willing to just buy a license for windows 10 directly from microsoft, but they only sell windows 11 licenses the PC doesn't have the specs for windows 11, even if I wanted it. I also don't care about data transfer bc all I had on the old hard drive are Steam games, and they're gone bc I did a fresh install. TLDR: I have a slow hard drive with a fresh windows 10 install and a fast one with nothi
