Windows 10: Installing Windows 10 USB on a computer with Debian already installed

I have a computer with Debian installed. I want to wipe the disk and install Windows 10 using a recently purchased Win10 USB. If I set my computer to boot from the Win 10 USB, can I then wipe/format the disk using the Win 10 installation procedure? Will this eliminate the Debian partitions? I have read that I have to use the Linux FDISK to wipe the hard drive in lieu of using the Win 10 installation procedure?

on the debian website they offer diffrent downloads of their os debian i386 how do i download it adn instal it? on a normal windows XP computer

 

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

I don't really understand what you're saying.

You have two options:

A) Have a previously licensed version of Windows 7 or 8 on a PC, run the GWX upgrade to Windows 10 (which then swaps your Windows 7/8 key to a Windows 10 license), then do a clean install and Microsoft will automatically license that PC provided the motherboard is installed.

B) Have a Windows 10 license, install Windows 10 on the PC as a clean install, and input that license.
