Windows 10: Installing windows 11 24h2 from a mounted iso, cant install to usb

I have downloaded the 24h2 iso from the Microsoft website.I then mounted the iso and ran setup, At the prompt for 'change how setup downloads updates', I chose 'not right now'.I then get an error message saying;This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements You can't install Windows on a USB flashdrive using Set-up.This PC is already running Windows 11 and has for some time so I don't see why it says it doesn't meet rquirements.I have already used exactly the same method to install on two other PCs without any problems.Can anyone help with this problem?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Windows 11 fails to install.

Hi instead of trying to install Windows 11 through the upgrade assistance, try installing Windows 11 from the desktop with the iso, pleaser go to

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) and scroll down, the page and look for "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO)" now select "select download" and click on Select "Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO)" now click on "download" now click on "Select the product language" now click on "confirm" now click on "64bit download" when the download pops up click on "save" (save it to some where like a new folder on your desktop) once the download completes, please follow these steps to run the windows 11 setup:

Installation instructions (ISO):

1. If you want to install Windows 11 directly from the ISO file without using a DVD or USB flash drive, you can do so by mounting the ISO file. This will perform an upgrade of your current operating system to Windows 11.
   
2. To mount the ISO file:
   
   • Go to the location where you downloaded the ISO file to. Then right-click the ISO file and select Properties.
     
   • On the "General" tab, click "Change…" where it says, “Opens with:”, and select Windows Explorer for the program you would like to use to open ISO files and select Apply.
     
   • Right-click the ISO file and select Mount.
     
   • This will create a “virtual” bootable disc. Double-click on it to view the files within. Double-click setup.exe to start the Windows 11 setup process.
