Windows 10: Installing windows 11 on a new build

So I just built a new PC and I can easily go to bios but when I try to instal windows it works fine till the second restart l,but then it doesn't turn on automatically after the second rest and if I press the reset button or power it will try to boot up the half installed windows and then it will stock there for ever.I tried different flash drives,different versions of windows 11 and I rechecked every part and cable of my PC but nothing seems to work.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Installing Windows 11 on New PC Build

Hello - I am running into an issue while trying to install Windows 11 on my new PC build.

I am able to get to the step where Windows wants to connect to a network in order to continue with the installation. However, I am not identifying any networks whatsoever. I have tried WiFi as well as having the PC plugged directly into the router via an ethernet cable. However, I continue to get stuck on this screen (screen shot below).

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
