Windows 10: Installing Windows 11 on a new M.2 device.

Hi everyone, I hope yall are well.I recently ordered a new M.2 drive for my PC as the current one is becoming dysfunctional and causes a lot of system crashes.My question is how do you install Windows 11 on the new M.2 device that has no files on it after installing it into my PC?I'm simply going to replace the M.2 with the old one in my computer. I also have a valid Windows 11 key!Any help would be gratefully appreciated!Thank you!Steven

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

install windows 11 to M.2

hey... I've been trying for hours to install windows 11 on my new PC, Which I'am using (m.2 samsung evo980)x2, the issue I'am facing that the M.2 doesn't appear on the windows installer (driver's screen) it doesn't detect it ,Whereas in the Bios (asus z690-p) Screen is recognizing the driver's. I've searched a lot nothing solved my issue.

Struggling to Install Windows to an M.2 Drive

• MOBO: MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI
  
• CPU: 5600X
  
• RAM: 16GB 3600MHZ DDR4
  
• GPU: PALIT 980
  
• BIOS VERSION: E7C95AMS.2D0
  
• M.2 DRIVE: Crucial P3 Plus 2TB
  
• OTHER DRIVES: None
  

I am currently trying to install windows on my MIL's new m.2 drive in her desktop PC.

When in UEFI mode the bios does not recognise the M.2 as a boot device. It will let me install windows to it, just not boot to it. As soon as the installation reaches the restart stage it reboots the PC back to the boot drive asking if I want to install windows again.

In CSM/Legacy mode the drive is recognised as a boot device but windows will not install to it, stating that the hardware isn't supported.

I am sure I am missing something simple, any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!
