    Installing Windows among APFS partitions creates no Revovery partition


    Hi there,

    I installled Windows 20H2 (Beta Channel) on Unallocated Space in-between some APFS (Apple) partitions, but this did not create a Recovery partition for some reason (I checked AFTER the installation since I read for newer versions of Windows this is no longer created at the partitioning stage in the setup). I only have an MSR (16MB) and the Windows partition.

    The disk is partitioned under the GPT scheme and has the following layout (please see the attached picture from MiniTool Partition Wizard that also reveals MSR and EFI partitions).

    1. APFS (macOS) - ~110GB
    2. APFS (Data partition) - ~100GB
    3. NTFS (Windows) ~100GB
    4. APFS (Data partition 2) - 100GB
    5. APFS (To be Linux) - ~60GB
