Windows 10: Installing Windows Error

I built a new computer this past month, and i've been having trouble installing windows. I tried with the disk and with an usb ios but after installation reboot its gets stuck and give me the error "Windows Setup could not configure windows on this computer's hardware." Online they say to fix it i need to run oobe, but when the computer starts the command prompt freezes and i can't type anything. Any help would be appreciated!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Error when installing Win7

when Installing Windows 7 I get an error saying ""A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now. Note: If the windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step." What should I do to get Windows to install?
