Windows 10: Installing Windows on new harddrive. Will Blue screen of death be gone finally?

My current old harddrive is a Seagate 2tb and its between 5-10 years old. It's very common for Blue screen of death to appear almost every day, and eventually get in the loop. Even formatting it and clean installing windows doesn't fix the problem.I bought a new Harddrive, a WD 1tb recently because I thought it could fix it. I hadn't tried using it because I am afraid the BSOD is caused by my motherboard or ram.Will installing windows 10 on a brand new harddrive have no problems with Blue screen of death or am I forever going to be plagued by the BSOD every day of my life?

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
