Windows 10: Installing windows stops at 71%

I've been trying to revive my old laptop but when I was installing windows it lags, the circle sometimes stops and when it got to 71% the laptop freezes and the installation doesnt go any further. I tried turning it off and restarting.Before I started reinstalling windows on that laptop it was really slow and i couldnt go any furtherthan desktop before it completely frozeI think one of the reasons might be the low ram because it has only 4gb.The laptop also has a 1tb hdd so it could also be the reasonIf needed I can give the rest of the specsI would love to revive this laptop because I've spen

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

windows 10 update stops at 71%

In my computer automatically windows has tried to update or upgrade itself some 6 times. It always stops at 71%. I have to force it to start again and it goes back to the previous windows state. I have disconeccted printer and also disconeccted the
antivirus. It stops anyway at 71%.. What can I do.

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
