Windows 10: Instant BSOD Critical Process Died. Please Help!

My MSI GE63VR 7RE Raider laptop kept on BSOD during the MSI logo loading page which unable to even load windows normally after windows update together with optional update. I tried start-up repair, system restore and other things I could, but it won't work. Also, it doesn't let me do pc reset, stating they are having trouble with pc reset.
