Windows 10: Instant Hotspot on phone link isn't working

I've already tried to reset phone link both on my phone and on my laptop, I've restarted both devices and have switched on and off airplane mode on both devices, but even after turning on instant Hotspot on my phone and laptop, my phone's hotspot will not appear on my laptops wifi menu unless I turn it on on my phone.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

I am Unable to connect instant hotspot via Phone Link. My PC has Bluetooth turned on but it still keeps asking to enable Bluetooth. I can't go past this error

3. Check if your phone and PC are paired. Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices on your PC and see if your phone is listed as a paired device. If it is not, try pairing your phone with your PC and see if that resolves the issue.

4. Restart both your phone and PC. Sometimes, simply restarting your devices can resolve connectivity issues.
