Windows 10: Integrated camera driver is missing in device manager Laptop:Lenovo ideapad s340

Tried downloading and installing the driver from the lenovo website but while adding the driver in device manager using add legacy hardware option i'm not able to see the manufacture and the model of the camera so stuck in that option

I bought Lenovo Ideapad S340 in Feb 2020. all fine but camera shows only a black screen. Tried it on Webex and Zoom. I can see others, they cannot see me.

I tried unistall, reinstall

any suggestions Thanks

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

There are 3 versions of that laptop model (Ideapad S340) listed on the Lenovo website, only one of those has a touchscreen, the other two do not, you must have one of the two versions that do not have a touchscreen.
