Integrated GPU is not working properly, stays at 0%


I am having concerns as to why my integrated GPU IntelR UHD Graphics 630 reaches from 0-1% utilization, all the time. There are some occasional utilization spikes, but it does not go above 10%. Otherwise, the dedicated GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti, in almost if not, all tasks I perform and programs I use, has the highest, and seemingly, the only one being utilized.


Questions:

• How do I enable the integrated GPU? priority
• Is there a way in enabling both to have distributed utilization for all programs and tasks such as a game?
• Is there a way in enabling one GPU over the other Integrated than Dedicated, Dedicated than Integrated?

Notes of Information:

• I have reset the Manage 3D Settings.
• The left image is the external monitor and the right is the laptop monitor with Task Manager.
• In Device Manager, both display adapters, IntelR UHD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti, are enabled; although, I have disabled and re-enabled IntelR UHD Graphics 630.

GPU at 0% all the time Windows 10

My GPU always stays at 0% usage

I have Windows 10 64-bit, and these are my specs:

• Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU
• 4096 RAM
• NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
  • Driver version: 342.01

My GPU usage is always at 0% usage, when I play games such as Valorant and also when I don't. For instance, when I'm playing my RAM is at 70%, the CPU at 50-60%, and the GPU at 0%. This problem is driving me crazy and I would really appreciate some help.

GPU at 0% usage

Hi, I am having a problem. My GPU is always a 0%. I am using a windows 10 hp computer with a video card I installed. My display from the video card works normal but it's not being utilized when I play video games. When I play games, my cpu jumps to about
90 and my gpu stays at 0. I have provided a screenshot of my computer info. My graphics card is XFX Radeon HD 6850 Graphics Card

 

Can't install windows because of GPU

You mentioned earlier that the Intel HD integrated graphics works perfectly. In that case, we suggest to remove your GPU from your laptop and use the integrated graphics card, then, perform a clean install. Follow the steps on the link provided by one of
our Wiki Authors Andre Da Costa on How to: Perform a clean install of Windows 10. Clean install will remove your GPU driver.
