    Intel 7265 driver issue


    I have an Acer SF315-52 laptop, with Intel 7265 wifi card, running Windows 10, and a Sony pair of headphones (WH-XB700) with aptX support. The problem is, the wifi card needs to be activated with aptX, so I update the driver (from this source http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=90WTD&fileId=3506730032). After updating it, I can't control the playlist with my headphones (no volume up/down, no pausing/playing, just turning the headphones on/off), and I can only fix the issue by removing the driver I installed. Can anyone resolve this? Sorry for my bad English, and thank you for any help!

    unable to install Network | Intel 3165/7265/8260/8265 WiFi driver update, currently running Win 10 vb-release 19041, attempted to install 3-4 times...never successful, any suggestions? WiFi is currently working but unable to update it

    unable to install Intel 3165/7265/8260/8265 WiFi driver on my Dell Laptop w/Win 10 vb_release 19041, repeated failures, unable to complete this installation/update, as downloaded from Dell Support website. Any suggestions?

    Startup error on discontinued Intel driver

    Hi David,

    Windows 10 update remove the Intel WiDi driver due to compatibility issue. We suggest uninstalling the Intel WiDi driver from Control Panel to avoid it from showing up every time you start your computer. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
    • Select Control Panel.
    • Click Programs.
    • Choose Programs and Features.
    • Click Intel (R) WiDi Driver and hit Uninstall.
    • Restart your computer.
