Windows 10: Intel AC 9461 Wireless Card Stopped Functioning Correctly

I have a custom-built PC that was working great for just over a year and suddenly the WiFi has gotten stuck on a frustrating and fairly ambiguous issue: The Wifi starts off great when I first turn on the computer, but as soon as I start actually using the internet, it drops all the way down to 0-5mbps. I can leave the computer on for hours with no issue, but as soon as I actually start using the internet, it drops. Sometimes I can download an entire Windows update or game on Steam before it drops, other times I start streaming music and it immediately drops. My device is the only one on the ne

Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9461 not working

This is the second time it happens. My computer can’t find any WIFI connections, and in Device Manager, the network adapter Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9461 reads either “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)”, or “This device cannot start. (Code 10)”.

I’m using windows 10, computer hp pavilion, I’m facing some internet problem , it says the intel (R) wireless ac 9461 adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems , I’ve uninstall and reinstall , update , reset the network and I still have the same problem ,

What should I do ?

I've been having trouble with internet connection on my VivoBook ASUS Laptop X409JP. I have Windows 10 installed and I can't connect to the internet and even the WiFi settings are no longer showing up. When we tried to troubleshoot, the error "The Intel (R) Wireless-AC 9461 adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware- related problems" showed.

What should I do?
