Windows 10: Intel ac 9560 Bluetooth driver problem (Aptx)

So I've been trying to get Aptx and my headset automatically connecting when turned to to simutaniously work but haven't succeeded.

When I install the bluetooth drivers from intel or my motherboard manufacturer everything works great and the headset auto connect when I turn them on. But after I install Dells 8260 Apxt drivers for Apxt support, they no longer auto connect. I've also tried letting Windows itself install the drivers and only installing the 8260 drivers myself, but this led to the same result.



When I turn my headphones on their status goes from linked to connected in the windows bluetooth settings, but my headphones LED says they are still searching and also I can't play any music. I have to manually connect my headphones in the advanced sound settings for the to connect.

I believe this happens because my headphones use the 8260 driver (17....) whilst the rest of my bluetooth connect with the 9560 driver (21.....). Does anyone know if fixing this is possible?

When your computer does not automatically detect your Intel Wireless AC-9560 network adapter, you will need to download the driver update or installer from your manufacturer's website.

If you have a CD installer for your motherboard, you can also use it to install this missing driver for your device.

Go to the "Code 10 "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" section.

Your device originally came from Intel, this means you need to download the driver installer from their official website itself and install it manually (usually, you will see that there is a latest driver already available for download).

Once there, select the appropriate operating system if there's a choice like x32 or 64 bit so it will match with your PC.

Windows 10 automatic update caused intel ac 9560 code 10 error

I've uninstalled the drivers and restarted my computer. After the restart, all the drivers have installed automatically, but the intel wireless-AC 9560 still has the code 10 error.

When I try to update the drivers, it says that the best drivers for your device are already installed.
