Windows 10: Intel AX200 upload way faster than download in Win11

Hi,My son's gaming desktop HP pavillion TG01 is sporting a ASUS PCE-ax3000 PCIe WIFI 6 adapter based on Intel ax200 PCIe m.2 WIFI card. The computer is running Win11 and located 5m or 15ft from Unifi nanoHD router, with 1GbE hardwired uplink to router. Signal has to penetrate one door, otherwise direct connection. For some reason in internal LAN, adapter's UL ~400Mbps is way faster than DL ~250Mbps. I have tested the connection with both LAN speed test lite and TamoSoft troughput test against hard-wired network connected SSD:s. Other computers and mobile devices provide a symmetric connection.

Intel (R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz cannot start

hi, i got the same problem on
Asus - P/N: G513QM-HF026-RAS | Cod. Artículo: 411129

and i think the problem is resolve.

first step is go to google and write Intel (R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz

2nd step go to intel oficial page and download last drivers and bluetooth drivers too

3rd step install all drivers, click on start, write services. open services app, and find WLAN service, turn off and turn on. and restart computer.

with this i solve the problem.

i wish you can resolve too. the last drivers on intel page only got 10 days ago

i got the problems exactly same day,,, 23 june,,, never before i got problems

 

Windows 10 and aptX (Intel AX200)

This has been asked so many times gotta be a FAQ at this point.....

According to Microsoft, Windows 10 support aptX out of the box but turns out that's not nearly enough for the actual use of aptX headphones. The bluetooth stack used must also support it. So when is Microsoft going to make this mandatory? I have the Surface
Pro 7 and Surface Go 2, both with the Intel AX201 with wifi6 and bluetooth 5.0. And yet, wireless audio quality is a lot worse than Android phones (or iphones with AAC), which is seriously turning me off from the Surface devices.......

There used to be a kludge to install the Intel Bluetooth Audio package to have this work with Intel Bluetooth adapters prior to AX200 but installing that with the AX200 will cause audio issues on windows 10.

It is issues like this that let Android/apple devices to move ahead of windows devices........

Correct!

Download speed is usually much. much faster than upload.
Depends on what you need that increased upload speed for. Usually 40-50 Mbps is sufficient.
