Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 - Error 0x800f0246

I upgraded to Windows 10. After some windows updates there was a problem with the graphics driver. I switched to safe mode and deleted the driver. But now I'm not able to reinstall it neither through Microsoft update nor from Intel's website. I have the
error (Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 - Error 0x800f0246) when I try to update the driver. And I have this message if I try to install the driver from other sources (As you can see I have no installed driver)

Windows defender security centre>>device security>>Core isolation>>Memory integrity from off to on; After restarting I notice that I am having issue with "Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000". Trouble shooter couldn't solve it.
I completely uninstalled it and downloaded using windows update Which gave me this error message "There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later"--this may help:"Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 -Error 0x8024ce27";

Note: I am also unable to switch off Memory integrity from on to off .because it is inactive. The message say "This setting is managed by your administrator" But I am using the admin account with Microsoft account. but still it inactive\unchangeable
.I am having trouble while playing videos also

Windows update is doing this again and again and updated my Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600.

I cannot uninstall any windows update included the Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600.
